If you think it is worth spending $10 to have Lifelock prevent id theft, then I say go for it because it has been for me. I know that without Lifelock, some credit card companies/banks may be difficult to deal with if your identity is stolen.

I’ve been using Lifelock to alert me of possible identity theft breaches and it really does work. Had a situation last week where I was alerted by Lifelock. Fortuneately everything was okay, but its nice to know that its there working in the background for me.
