IDCure is crimmnal! They take your money but won’t quit charging your credit card whenever wish to cancel! I tried to cancel service for 2 months after using them for 3 years! You call to cancel and you only get to order service reps who say “Oh a field security rep will need contact you
first.” Of course, they never do!

Yes you can rate the product Bernard. Apparently you didn’t see them, but all you have to do is to click the little green stars to your right when you write your review based on Ease Of Use, Price, Support & Features. If you’d like, I can delete this and the one before it and you can rate this product again by clicking on the stars in the way you deem to be appropriate.

I have to agree with Dale. idCURE does not respond to it’s customer’s needs and the customer service representative is a person who fields calls, but can’t answer questions. After that, you get no response. You stay in limbo.

This company is a joke. I’ve tried in vain to talk to anyone other than the phone service. They don’t answer emails and they don’t return phone calls, but they do take the money. I have sent a cancellation letter.
