Very unhappy Do Not use this service.. They report theft to the credit reporting agencies when it did not happen. They make it impossible to cancel your account and receive credit Again we are disappointed by well everything they have to offer.

Lousy service almost impossible to terminate.

It sounds good but doesn’t always work, I opened a new account, never got a call from Debix or anyone. Called Debix they said they no longer call when there is an inquiry to the account, only after the account is listed with the credit bureau. That’s after the fact.

Sorry company…they have done nothing but make problems with our credit…have canceled.

I didn’t want to be one of the identity theft statistics so I subscribed to Debix because I felt they offered more for less money than the other identity protection plans. Everything seems to be working. Knock on wood.
